Act as the liaison between all parties involved to keep transactions moving forward.

• Provide updates to agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties
   
• Schedule inspections, appraisals, and closing appointments
   
• Ensure lenders, title companies, and attorneys receive required documents

Maintain an organized and secure transaction file to ensure all paperwork is completed and accessible.

• Upload and manage all transaction documents in compliance with brokerage requirements
   
• Collect signatures via electronic platforms (e.g., DocuSign, Dotloop, Skyslope)
   
• Deliver final closing documents for record-keeping and compliance

Ensure a seamless closing experience by making sure all final steps are completed.

• Confirm all contingencies have been met before closing
   
• Provide final transaction summary and closing packet to agents and clients
   
• Follow up on commission disbursements and post-closing documents
